    Var strenth retention

    Hey everybody, I'm half way through a 10 week var only cycle (60 mg/day). I've been experiencing great gains and I'm achieving exactly what I aimed for. I've put on about 8 lbs of lean muscle thus far but the thing that has been really amazing is the strength gain. I've increased all my maxes probably 150% at least (I haven't done the math yet, this is just a number off the top of my head). I know from research that I should retain most if not all of the muscle gained, but what about the strength gains? Will I be back down to near my old maxes, or will my numbers just continue to increase after my cycle is over? Btw, I'm doing a 2 week nolva 20mg/day pct. Thanks.

    Maybe there's no need to run a PCT at all, but better be safer, so Nolva will suffice.
    But who can say if your strenght gains will least? Only you, with your dedication to maintain your workouts as now.

    i had the same results with var as well. and my strength only dropped 5 or 10 pounds after cycle, but compared to what i gained it was so worth it. I will definetly run it again, prob at 100mg's for 7 weeks or so

    Yeah var really does give indcredable strenght gains. Slow and steady she is, building muscle, keepable too. I'd really like to try it with a low dose test and really see some great gains. That is the same pct I ran and recoverd great.

    I started with a bench max of 255 and 5 weeks later its up to 310. Everything else is gaining at a relative pace. I started at 200 but I'm up to 205 but less some bf.

    yea i just started me var cycle only 2 weeks ago....good result i see you have got so i hope i can see the same from my 10 week cycle. but do you feel you need to pct cycle? or are u just being on the safe side?

    thai ive read alot about anavar the past week or so and IMO a mild pct of nolva should be done

    My diet is good. I layed it out in the "member's cycles" section. Yeah, I don't really see any symptoms that suggest I will need a pct but I am doing it just to be safe.
