I need some serious help! PLEASE!

So let me break down my story for you guys.

I'm 20 (i know i know, your going to say im still too young, hear me out)

i've been all natural my whole life, i feel like i just cant get anymore gains.

i play rugby here in the states, and ive transferred universities this year, and the team here is huge. they all seem very "to themselves" so im afraid to ask if they juice, but i do know for a fact a few have done so in the past.

My question... Since i know nothing about AAS, and i have been trying to study everything i can about AS. i still feel i need some personal opinions.

What should i start off with? Some say DBol, some say Deca. And how much should i take for how long?

    STATS:
    Height: 5'7
    Weight:200
-I eat healthy, 30 mins cardio in the morning, 2 hour rugby practice in the afternoon, and muscle workout and cardio in the evenings.

I've been trying to lose my beer gut for the past 2 years, but it seems like it has decided to be a permanent attachment to me, so ive given up on that.

I'd appreciate any suggestions or opinions from you guys!

If ya have a beer gut, that means you drink often, which is a no no if you wanna use steroids. Sounds like your nutrition isn't very good either. Before jumping right into steroids, I think you should check out the diet forum, what does your diet look like anyway, not to be an a$$ but I'm guessing it isn't very good.

This isnt the first time ive heard that.

Breakfast- Cottage cheese/ two slices of wheat

Lunch- Rice+Chicken (breast..usually) or turkey on wheat

Dinner- Salad, or small amount of pasta and beef or chicken

Only drink water and skim milk.

i lose fat in my face, legs and arms.. but it seems the gut stays.

I'll have a few beers on weekends after rugby matches but i usually burn it off in the gym the next day!

here is the problem. check into how many cals this is. I'm thinking you need around 4k to bulk. and saying you are all nat at 20 really doesnt say much. I had 20 years in a gym before my first run
