    Cycle update!!

    Well week 6 of 500mg Test E/week. 600mg Eq/week. Winny 50mg/day done friday (Winny).. So far up 14 pounds looking more defined and bigger muscles. Like the results but my weight is at 207. I didn't think for a cutting cycle I'd gain soo much soo fast lol.. Do 2 hours cardio a week plus my 6 days of weights. Was eating lots of proteins and carbs. 180-230 g proteins. 165-190g carbs. But this week cutting carbs big time. Dont wanna get any bigger.. Good Idea?? Let me know what you think about my gains and possible ideas for the rest of cycle.. 6 more weeks.. 5'11 207 12%bf.. 23...

    How on earth are you growing on an average of 200g of protein/day???? that's the minimum, if not less than, 1g/lb of body weight.... there's no way with your stats you could grow any LBM on what wouldn't classify as even a cutting diet for me... and I weight less than you!

    Morning protein shake, 2 eggs, Multie seed bread(2)
    9:30, Apple , tuna
    Lunch Chefs salad light dressing
    2:30 Bran muffin
    7:00 AWO. Protein shake
    7:30 Salmon mixed veggies
    9:00 protein shake
    By the way I meant 300g proteins!!!!!!! Sorry for the confusion

    Yeah..the diet needs serious work man. Im not sure how you can get 300g of protein from that but thats besides the point.

    That's not good at all. You need to split your daily protein intake in equal doses as more as you can, maybe a little more on PWO, but 100gr in a meal are way too much imo.

    cool I will try doing more PWO then.. How much pros should I take a day?? Everyone says different.. But need to find the most common #

    Approx 1.5g/lean body weight.(Excluding fat)

    Honestly you need to totally revamp the diet man.

    I bet you could find some good diets in the.... diet forum.

    Check out the cutting thread thats stickied in there to get a basic idea.
