Newbie Need help - Blue Heart Danabol

I have recently purchased some blue heart danabols.

I been training naturally for about 2 years. This is the first time i am using steroids . I am 160lbs / 25years old / 5"9.

I currently use protein, creatine and bcaa tabs.

I have a few questions about starting my first cycle.

How effective are these tabs by themselves?
How effective will one cycle be?
Will i need to purchase products to look after my liver eg. milk thistle?
Will i experience a huge drop in strength and size once i finish my cycle?
    Are the gains permanant?
Do i need to increase my current protein intake during my cycle?
Do i need to be eating more often?
Do i continue using the supplements i am currently using?

Any help would be much appreciated!! Thank you

    See in bold.
    Few questions for you now.
    How is your diet?
Why do you think you are ready for steroids?
Don't you think at 160 you should eat more staying natural?

I would consider my diet pretty good. I have been eating like this for about 2 weeks.
I have about 5 or 6 meals a day including shakes.

1st meal - oats with low fat milk and a shake
2nd meal - chicken breast OR sirloin OR Grilled fish with potatoes brocolli / string beans
3rd meal - kidney beans with tuna with brown rice or potato
    4th meal - Shake + 1 piece of fruit
5th meal - chicken breast OR sirloin OR Grilled fish with potatoes brocolli / string beans
    6th meal - shake

The suppliments i am currently taking are protein shakes, bcaa tablets and creatine.

I am not sure if i am ready at all. I got these tablets for cheap in a bulk buy from a few friends and decided to purchase them. It was more of a spur of the moment thing.

My rational for wanting to go ahead with taking steroids is that i have not been able to increase weights for 4 months or more now. I seem to be stuck lifting the same weights and i cant seem to increase my strength.

I have only started this diet recently and have stayed true to it. Do you think i should keep on this diet and stay natural for a few months to see if i can get over this rut?

    Thanks for the quick response.

EXACTLY, it's firmly the right thing to do.

Try to replace 1 or 2 shakes with solid sources of protein, like egg whites, casein, cottage, turkey, beef.
I don't see your post-workout shake, you may have to add it.
Post your total daily macros so we can see if they are in check for your purposes.
Finally, leave your Dbol pills apart, and keep them for a possible future cycle.
You could post a pic of them in the steroid picture forum to have some feedback from the guys.

I would recommend stayig natural, tweaking your diet and training, until you reach or at least approach your genetic potential. Your stats indicate that you are far from your natural potential. One of the most common mistakes I see is that someone with an inadequate diet who can't grow thinks the next step is to do steroids while trying to fix their diet. That is out of sequence. Follow a good diet for a long time, perfect your training, then look to chemical enhancement when you have exploited all of your natural ability.

What is casein? And do you mean cottage cheese? Will that be too much fat as i want to keep lean. I do have a post work out shake. I just didnt add that in.

Will shaved turkey breast from the deli be sufficient?

    What does daily macros mean??

Do dbols store OK? How long can i keep them for?
