Hi all.
I'm running a course of sus 250 over 12 weeks.
im runnng it like so
week 1 = 500mg
2=500mg
3=500mg
4=500mg
5=750mg
6=750mg
7=1000mg
8=750mg
9=750mg
10=500mg
11=50mg
12=250mg
i'm on week 4 now and was wondering if anyone could just give me some pointers on improving this and if anyone knows when i should start seeing a difference.
Also i've found that my chest's been a bit wheezey. Is this a side effect of the sus?
Any advice will be much appreciated
