I don't know, but honestly they don't give a shit about steroids. Even if it was illegal over there, it would be literally the least of that country's concern.

I read that Quatar, Israel is one of the 10 main delivery destinations for Austrailian produced gear. Of course, that was before Austrailia stopped exporting gear. As far as whether or not that was for purposes of pharmaceutical sales, or blackmarket, it didn't say. The article also said that Israel is one of the up & coming Meccas of Fitness & bodybuilding and that gyms are everywhere. Im sure that if they are NOT legal, then you could find them in a gym somewhere.
