    Whats your opinion?

    Guys I am going to do my first cycle. I have been reading a lot on here but am still confused on what my first cycle should be. I am wanting something that isn't too complicated for the first time. I am wanting a cycle to gain some good mass. My stats are 5'9 180# I have low body fat. I have been working out 4-5days a week for about 2 years now. Please help!!

    I am 22 and I eat pretty healthy. I don't eat much junk food and eat a lot of chicken and fish for my protein. I also take protein shakes and creatine.

    22 is a little young. But since you made up your mind go with Test E / or C only at 400-500 mg a week. If the side effects become a problem drop down 250-300 mg/week. Run it for 10 weeks, then start a good pct. Do you have one lined up?

    You should start reading all you questions and answers are here. the search button is you best friend. No one guna spoon feed ya here. You read and you will find what is right for you. Also I would suggest buy Anthoney Roberts book aswell.

    I went with test e 250mg twice a week for my first cycle. I'm 8 weeks in and I've had very little sides and great gains. Just make sure you don't start slacking because you think the juice will make up for laziness.

    my first cycle was just test E. it was great. worked well with me. take your protein with it and you will do good. i like the optumin nutrition gold standard. 100 % whey.
    i did 1cc of 250mg every 5 days. used a 1.5 inch needle for shots in my ass and 1 inch in my delts. as far as pct, just look it up.

    I was thinking about maybe getting some nova to take after the cycle. Would 20mg a day for 3 weeks be good.

    Test E 400-500 mg/week 10 weeks... Eat and Lift your ass off and you will be thrilled with results. Nolva 40/40/20/20 should be good
