Donating blood while doing a cycle a good thing?
I overheard some guys talking about this at the gym. I'm not sure if it's true or not so I am asking here. He said that he usually donates blood 3/4 into his cycle because it helps reduce the level of something (don't remember the word he used) in his blood.
So is it a good idea to donate blood during the end of a cycle or is all this just BS. If it is true, but does it help lower?

are there any other options?
dont mean to hijack or anything but i cant donate blood due to religious beliefs... but i have naturally high bp, especially on cycle.
OP: people dontate blood if they are on long cycles and their blood pressure gets too high because of aromitization and increased red blood cell count.

I gave blood last week (in UK).I'm not on a cycle infact am still in the learning process of AAS but that aside the nurse asked me if i had injected AAS in the last 12months? i said no but what what happen if i did? she replied Your blood will be contaminated with foreign bodies so we wouldn't accept the donation.

it would be contaminated because you injected yourself period .doesnt matter what you took but that you stuck a needle into your body thereby possibly introducing virus, bacteria or other such crap.and so you would be tainted and not allowed to give blood.
