clen is overrated imo. The anti catabolic effects are totally overstated, only being shown to be effective in lab animals at doses humans cannot even take without killing themselves...it also took 6 weeks for those results to become apparent. T3 is good, but you have to remember that you're increasing your metabolism and that without aas to keep your musles in an anabolic state, your increased metabolism will burn muscle up as well as fat, as the body looks to burn off excess muscle before fat when your metabolism is increased.
