My diet is 400 grams of protein, 100-150 carbs, I train 6 days a week, cardio 4 times a week for about 45m.
what should i take this time to cut up
why not just look up a thread about a cutting cycle there plenty in these forums along with cutting diets in the diet forum... thats just makes sense to me and atleast have some clue of what you want to run so there is something to base a critique off of... just my thoughts
Well first off your protein is way too high... you should post your entire diet in the diet forum for critique because you don't need steroids to get to single digit bodyfat... should be easy enough with a good diet.
This is what i'm thinking, I have a mix that i just got its tren,test and EQ in one vile.
tren 250, test 150 and Eq 100. what do you guys think of that?
All of it in one vail of 500mg. I was thinking taking this for my cycle, how should i run it guys?
