    Advice!

    Ive never used steroids before but am looking to start, I have no clue about any of the different types, I know there is a lot of info about but there is a lot of different types as well, so I would like to get some advice first to give me a starting point on what to read up about.

    I train regularly and hard, and what im looking for is (obviously) muscle growth but also fat burning if possible, i want lean muscle growth. And it goes without saying the less side effects the better!

    Any advice or info and some names to give me a starting point.

    Im 6 foot and 83kgs, ive been lifting for 8 years but its just been maintainance type stuff, but thats what i want to change.

    My diet is good i eat sensibly no shit, lots of protein.

    Been seeing a lot of talk about IGF-1 combined with HGH?? Any thoughts?

    I suggest you change thaht first! You change from maintanance diet and excercise to one that promotes growth, and you will grow. You dont need AAS yet. Post you diet in the diet forum and start training hard. Lots of protein = 300 g/day... not just "lots of chicken, fish, beef..." Most people way over estimate their diet. Other than that, stick around the forum a while and gain some much needed knowledge all the way around.

    check out this entire website......there are forums about training, diet, nutrition, cycles, competition bodybuilding.......just read as much as you can......this website is your starting point......Knowledge is power
