i would go with test e 500mgs every week split into 2 shots per weeks @ 250mgs mon and 250ms thurs for 12 weeks.
maybe a dbol kicker @ 40mgs ed for the first4 weeks ..

Goals get a bit bigger and really cut..Pick one, cause bulking and cutting are polar opposites, you have to take in more calories then you expend to bulk and you have to expend more calories then you take in to cut, (very basic explaination but you get the point) if your diet is perfect you can turn a test cycle into a lean bulker with some fat loss

the standard first cycle is
1-12 test enth 500mg/week shot monday morning and thursday night
(optional) 1-4 dbol 40mg/day to kickstart the cycle since test won't "kick in" till about week 5-6

that's why i was asking if i only take the 3d cycle only clenbuterol to cut so i can later do my first cycle and clean bulk (save it to get more big)..... am really lost:S

that'll give you a clean bulk, then after pct you can run a clen cycle to shed some extra fat is you want

sometimes i add 2 other meals depending if am hungry or not they consist of a whey shake+milk

Total daily macros, please. Best cutter should be Test+Tren imo

sometimes i alternate my carbs and fats. i have low carbs days and high carbs days.
Tren??? first time?! wont clenbuterol alone and good diet +cardio help me get to single digits? my trainer is advising me to keep my cycle for clean bulking after hiting single digits in bodyfat....advices are really appreciated.

I said that's the best cutter. No matter when.
Clen alone won't make you a litter bigger, it just helps you on your cutting.
But if your primary goal is to reach single digit bf, so stick with diet+cardio+clen.
