Prepping for First Cycle
About me:
36 years old
5'11"
178 pounds
11% BF
Going with the standard Test E first cycle (haven't ordered it yet), but my goal is just to give myself a boost (i.e., I don't want to put on 25 pounds, 10 - 12 would be awesome), so I am considering 125 mg, twice a week. I have nolva on hand, will be ordering clomid with my gear. With a low dose, should I be concerned about bloating at all, and pick something up to counteract it? My biggest concern is hair loss (I'm an actor, so, you know). Not sure if I'm prone to MPB, neither of my grandparents were alive when I was born. But, I'm 36 and have a full head of hair, my father is 68 and has a full head of hair, and so does my 40 year old brother. Should I get something for hair loss as well just in case?
My only other question is injecting - since I will be self injecting, should I stick with the outer thigh? Rotate between the outer thigh and the glutes? If I do rotate, I would need 23 gauge, 1.5 inch for the glutes, and 25 gauge, 1 inch for the quads, correct?
Sorry if these are dubm question, just want to make sure I'm not missing anything.

If your not prone to MPB you most likely will be ok. Im a month into my 1st cycle with test and havent noticed any shedding, Im 39 but also have a full head of hair.
Rotating your shots is perfect. I go from quads to glutes as well but use 23g for both 1-1/2in for glutes and 1 inch for quads (since you have a really low BF% you would be able to get away with 1 inch for both)

Good info, right about the needle size.
If I were you I would stick to glute injection for now. You will have no problem hitting left and right glute for the entire cycle as long as you don't hit the exact spot one after another (even then I have never had any problems). Reason I say this is that injecting in the quad can be a little more tricky, more veins to mess with and the soreness factor is 10 fold what it would be if it were in the glute. Just my opinion having done this for a while. If you were running prop or needed to shoot everyday then I would suggest adding delts and quads in.

if you are worried about water at all just get A-dex and use it only if you start puttin on alot of water or estrogen sides flare up but its not needed through the whole cycle..estrogen will help with your gains so dont kill it completely it also protects your joint and help keep your immune system in check
