    AI pre-cycle?

Is there any reasson or any benefit to take some SERM or AI before you start a cycle? Any need to reduce natty estogen in prep, or eny benefit a SERM or AI would have as a stand alone prior to starting the cycle? Just a curious thought I had. Thanks!

no, infact dont use it untill you need to because it will hinder your gains... estrogen plays a big part in gains. what are you planning on taking anyway

no you need estro to gain. the only reason i could see taking it would be if you have some pre existing gyno issues. but besides that no there wouldnt be any benifit. imo

Ya, only thought I had was to possibly reduce water... being on GH you tend to hold onto it a bit. BUt not gyno prone, so I wont worry about it. Thanks guys!

No, never. If you have gyno problems then read c.bino's guide on gyno. You should have an AI on hand in case
