    Cycle Critique pls

    ....here it is, please tell me what you think. It could prolly use some adjustments hear or there. Maybe the 4 weeks of anadrol and 6 weeks on winny may be waaaay to toxic for my liver. what do you think???


    * WEEKS 1-4: Anadrol (wk1 50mg per day, wk2 100mg per day, wk3 100mg per day, wk4 50mg per day)
    * WEEKS 1-6: Trenabol (75mg Every Other Day)
    * WEEKS 7-12 Wintsrol (50mg per day)
    * WEEKS 1-12: Testosterone Enanthate (500 mg Per Week)
    * WEEKS 1-13: Arimidex (0.50 mg Every Other Day)
    * WEEK 14: 40mg Nolva/100mg Clomid Every Day
    * WEEK 15: 30mg Nolva/ 50mg Clomid Every Day
    * WEEK 16: 20mg Nolva/ 50mg Clomid Every Day

    this will be my third cycle. the first two were only 8 weekers and its been about a year. ive been training off and on for the past 5 years. But just recently kicked into high gear
    5x week and 30min cardio 4x week.

    what did you run for your first two cycles, sorry to be so picky, just trying to get a rough idea

    hows your diet

    my first was test e 500and dbol 30
    second was test e 500 dbol 30 ed and deca 600

    diet is ok. could be better. i eat only like 2-3 times a day with protein shakes in between....
    but just this last week eating lots of proteins and say about 2500 cal a day

    first thing i'd do is post my diet in the diet forum and let them critique it, cause if you want to gain 2500 calories isn't going to do it, that below maintenence for me and your you seem to be about my size, maybe a little bigger depending on bodyfat

    btw, are you going to make this a cutter or bulker

    2500 calories a day? So you are cutting in this cycle?

    2 Cycles, 6'0 and 195lbs. That doesn't sound very good. I think you need to significantly rework your diet.

    well thats the thing. i wanna bulk of for the first half and then cut up for last part with the winny. my diet is gonna be more strict once i start in a month .

    if i were you, i'd run a bulker, then after pct use some clen and cardio to drop the weight, it's hard to make an ice sculpture without a bigass block of ice to start off with, stupid analogy but you get the idea

    my diet right now is not how it will be when i start my cycle. i will be taking about 5000 cal day.
