Workout Schedual
Hey guys my first cycle started today at 12:00 with my first injection of SUST about 150 MG, i acctualy got light headed about 15 minutes afterwards, and then i took dbol 10 MG
i will be taking sust every other day, and dbol every day except sunday.
eating like a monster starting today with minimal salt and sugar. I am probably at 20% bodyfat.
just curious, as a first timer, how often can i train each muscle? could i workout twice a day? legs morning chest biceps at night?

you started a cycle at 20%bf and your first cycle is sust, you really should have done more research before starting, anyway, train same as normal and don't overtrain, even though you may feel like you can train every second of everyday it's not a good idea

whats wrong with starting a cycle at 20% bf? im going to be doing cardio every day in the morning.
im hoping to leave with more lean muscle and less fat.

the higher the BF the more water retention. and i believe this ups your chances of getting B1tch titties.

your training should be well worked out before starting a cycle. training 3 muscle groups ed is bad idea you will be overtraining. dbol should be taken every day dont leave out sunday. sust should be shot eod to keep blood levels stable and yes starting a cycle at 20% is not optimal I dont know why you would bulk at 20% testosterone can incease lean mass and decrease body fat but it all comes down to diet and if your bulking(calorie surplus) chances are you will add more bf unless your keeping up on cardio and even then it depends on how clean of a diet you have. research!

how long have you been training you could have done alot more natty. my advice would be go to the diet forum and post your diet. Also go to the work out forum and search through the the threads. diet is key I would bulk in your situation as well looking at the pics but I would make sure your diet is clean and do 2 or 3 days medium cardio a wk. also when you post your diet post your stats as well.

Its been 3 years now, took a few months off, back at it again.
i want to see some quick results right now and i have a nice diet to follow while on this cycle, got my pct planned out, got everything good to go, started today so i dont really feel like turning back.
i may have more natural growing to do, however i dont see how starting gear later then sooner will have much effect on me. Im past puberty there isnt too much a chance my natural test will stop after this, i am 20 years old which some might argue to be too young, but i plan to use these responsibly and take time to reflect after this cycle of what i could of done better, etc for the next cycle.
basicly this is out of curiosity, i have experimented with many things but never anabolics. The worst thing i can see happening right now is that i get through this cycle then go natural for awhile because it didnt go so well.
that being said is there any more suggestions? :P

actually, the worst thing i can see happening is you make a mistake in pct and your body never recovers back to normal, and now you have no natty test when your off cycle and any gains you make when your on cycle are going to be near impossible to keep off cycle
anyway, your on cycle and there's not much we can do about that

i will be taking sust every other day, and dbol every day except sunday.sust eod is okay, dbol EVERYDAY and break up the 40mg throughout the day

legs morning chest biceps at night? i wouldn't do 2 large muscle groups in one day, but if you want to break up chest in morning and biceps at night thats okay, personally i like a shorter intense workout that hits primary and secondary movers, ex. chest, triceps and shoulders together

Your diet lacks in the pics. Lay out your current diet for your cycle. (This should have been started way before you even thought of cycling.)

Breakfest: 4 eggs, 2 pieces spelt bread with butter, 1 scoop whey with 2% milk, fish oil.
30 MIN LOW INTENSITY CARDIO (between 130-145 HR)
morning snack : 2 scoops whey with 2% milk and 1/2 cup raw oats.
Lunch: 1 can tuna w/ mayo , hand full of broccoli, 1 piece spelt bread, banana.
Snack: 1 cup cottage cheese, assorted raw veggies/ carrots/broccoli/ Cucumber, etc
Pre Workout: Grapefruit juice, 1 cup brown rice, 175g Mince Meat with taco sause.
WORKOUT
PW - Usualy 8-9 ounces of meat/ sweet potatoes, 2 green veggies, glass of milk, Fish Oil.
Before bed - 175 g mince meat or 1 cup cottage cheese.

oh and i am actualy taking 30 mg dbol per day i didnt mention that, one in the morning, one 5 hours later, and one 5 hours after that.

One of the best tips I learned from this forum a while back when cutting :
Do cardio in the morning before you eat.
It helped me tremendously.
(I assume you're cutting because that's not a bulk diet)

Yeah a shake before works fine imo. I thought you took in no food or anything before cardio, as long as you get some kind of cals shake, meal something it will prevent your body from using aminos for fuel. this subject is widely debated but I beleive (with the evidence ive seen) with no cals pre cardio after sleeping all night your body turns to aminos first then glycogen stores then fat when if you take in cals before hand it takes your body out of starvation mode and allows you to burn fat, then glycogen then aminos. I could get into much detail on this but its pry not necesessary as most members here are 50/50 on the subject.

You are 155 pounds at 5'7 with 20%BF and 21 years old, working out for 3 years? Why is your Bf so high specialy if you are on that diet? Those are not good results for 3 years. It's just impossible to have 20% BF and work out for 3 years dude. You don't need gear untill you change your work out and get in shape. Can we see some pics of you? Something isn't right at all.

before this i wouldnt wath my diet toomuch, i went down to a point where i could pretty clearly see my abs, then when i took a break and came back at it i ate more junk food/ i was always out. im changing my diet to work for this.
so ill see if the results come or not...
I just copied this and edited it a bit, would i be better off on this diet? I can do this no problem,
Meal 1: Pro/Carb
8 Egg Whites, 1 Scoop Of Whey Protein, 1 cup oatmeal
50g protein / 54g carbs / 5g fat
Meal 2: Pro/Fat
Lean Ground Beef, ¼ cup swiss cheese, green veggies
55g protein / 2g carbs / 20g fat
Meal 3: Pro/Carb
Chilli, 1 and a half cup Brown Rice
55g protein / 64g carbs / 7g Fat
Meal 4: Pro/Fat
2 Cans of Tuna, 1 Tbsp Full Fat Mayonnaise, Veggies
60g protein / 2g carbs / 13g Fat
Workout
Meal 5: PWO Nutrition
2 Scoops Whey Protein / 80g of Dextrose
40g protein / 80g carbs / 0g fat
Meal 6: PPWO
Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast, ½ cup Brown Rice (Measured Uncooked)
50g protein / 70g carbs / 3g fat
Meal 7: Pro/Fat
Mince Meat, 2 Tbsp Natural Peanut Butter

Give or take the eggs in the morning it hink i can only handle 5 tops...

okay just finished my last dose of dbol today i think i may up it to 40 instead of 30, meaning ill take another at 10:00
My nipples are a bit sensitive right now, its only 2 days in, is this normal? i have clomid on hand, my nolva is int he mail along with my aromasin ...
i have a very faint ache, hardly noticeable only when i think about it hard, in my left and sometiems right nipple, should i start taking clomid? how much?
Im going to the gym i hope to have some replies when i get back, thanks guys.
