    Unhappy injection problem

On my fourth injection of my winstrol cycle, felt some discomfort during and a little after the injection.(in glute felt almost like a burn) The following morning,(today) I woke up with a bump and a little soreness but nothing I haven't already experienced. About twelve hours later, I noticed some redness in the area of the bump. Does anyone have any input on the possible causeie. infection or just bad injection. Also, With the possibility of an early caught infection, how long a dose of antibiotics should I take?

    Welcome to AR....

How big is the lump or bump? I am having some problems but I am using prop. Never used winny though. Try taking 50mg of benedryl and see if the redness goes away. It could be an alergic reaction. Is there heat or swelling to the area?

    Stats also, Please.

Is the red area warm to touch? If so, it may be an infection or it could be your body reacting to a foreign entity. Just watch it for a day and then get back to us.

Last night, I rubbed the area alittle. This morning, it seems that the size of the bump has gone down a bit. However, there is a small black and blue in the spot of the injection. I have antibiotics on hand and ready to nip it in the bud if it seems to be and infection.

Hi how are you preparing the injection site and needle, is it touching n e thin and is the area clean?,

when you inject you must first make sure that the area u r guna inject is washed and clean using an alcohol swab. then injection u must asperate the needle then inject slowly into the muscle and once pulled out massage the area and cover the piercing with a plaster.

also make sure that the liquid is at body tempreture as u will feel more discomfort if its not. most people get some hot water ina cup and put the vials in there for a bit.just some info there. but get it chekt up!

Hey , it seems like the redness is going down and the bump has seemingly dissappeared but it is still a little sore. Not quite sure if it was infected but did have most of the symptoms. I took a few doses of antibiotics. Maybe I nipped it right in the bud. Thanks for the help. Things like this can get nervewracking when your a beginner lol

No sh!t. Glad to hear it's getting under control. The scary thing about everyday injections (and having contaminated ug gear) is that you can have a couple of shots in ya before you realize you've got infections/abscesses occurring, as these take time to develop.
