I am about to start a 12 week cycle of Winstrol and test prop. Does anyone have any good advice on what sort of PCT I should take (HCG, Nolvadax?). Will i also need anti-estrogens?

Thanks. What is l-dex? do u know any good sites about it? would HCG and anti-estrogens be no good?
