Whats up everyone,
heres the deal im 19 5'11, 170 IBs. ive been lifting for about 2 years serisouly, but have been lifting for about 4 or 5 years total i train hard 5-6 days a week and have bottomed out, i have very good definiton and low body fat. Im serioulsy considering my first cycle and would appreciate any advice in regards to stacks or how i should begin heres a sample diet and i cannot figure out why if anyhting i loose weight.
Breakfast- bowl of granola cereal, peanut butter, bowl of yogurt, 6 hard boiled egg whites and a banana
Mid morning- protein shake, cottage cheese spread on wheat bread
lunch- grilled chicken wrap w/ lettuce and tomato, big bowl of veggies
pre workout- large apple, protein shake
post- protein shake
dinner- either lean beef, chicken, fish w/ brown rice or sweet patato adn Lg. salad
evening/beofre bed- Either weight gain shake w/ cottage cheese OR cottage cheese spread onwhole wheat egos and a glass of milk
And my diet is literally that consistent and strict day in and day out any advice please i appreciate it thanks again.
