VAR only for shoulder rehab

Had surgery on ratator cuff Feb 7. My HRT advised me to go on a gh plan but I can't afford it. Also I think running deca/test will put too much strain on my shoulder and impede my progress right now even at low doses. right?

So, I'm thinking of running Anavar . I don't want huge gains, I just want some aid in healing and to maintain what I have, maybe tighten up a little.

thinking of running:
weeks 1-8 - Anavar 20mg/day

i know this is a low does but like I said I'm not looking for big gains.

What do you think?

I don't see the need for the deca /test cycle with your current limitations, however gear doesn't strain muscles (unless you count the heart, which is actually an organ) rather the accompanying workouts.

That aside, Var is reputed to have healing properties and although I've heard its used this way in pro sports, my admittedly brief searches revealed very little support for this outside of the traditional burn/accident muscle loss and wasting disease applications.

Personally, I'd say go for it although I would at least double if not triple the dosage to get all the assistance you can from it.

No, not from a convalescing perspective...it would just be a waste of cash!
