Ok...... as you can see, “before & after pictures”. The before pictures were taking in August ’07, I was 188 at the time of the pictures…. I had been working out for about five months…. Before I started my weight was 161, without lifting I will cruz around 160-165.
The problem is I haven’t touched a weight since around September; wife had a baby so I just stopped. Now I’m back to 164 and ready to hitt it! So any advice for an old man bring it…..
