time 2 get busy!
Ok...... as you can see, “before & after pictures”. The before pictures were taking in August ’07, I was 188 at the time of the pictures…. I had been working out for about five months…. Before I started my weight was 161, without lifting I will cruz around 160-165.
The problem is I haven’t touched a weight since around September; wife had a baby so I just stopped. Now I’m back to 164 and ready to hitt it! So any advice for an old man bring it…..

You look good to be 41 bro, If I am right you were in better shape last year but you have not been able to keep it up due to your newborn correct, and now you are showing us your current pics, if that is the case, You still look good bro, just go back to your old rutine and in no time you will be back on track.
