decided on my first cycle of 20ml sus 250 injecting 1ml on a monday and thursday.

i also have my nolvadex but was wondering when to take that and how much?

Use nolva if necessary.
Try shooting E3D regardless of the day of the week. Right now you will be shooting every 3 and 4 days.

Nolva should be used for your pct. Im on the same cycle as you and actually inject eod due to the fast acting test esters, every 3rd day will do but to keep blood levels stable eod is better. You should have an AI on had like adex to use for estrogen issues during cycle. Nolva is a serm and will not reduce estrogen levels in the body just inhibit it from binding to specific sites.

ok, well its called tamoxifen tablets that i have. is this any different to nolvadex?

lots of people seem to go for eod so might be worth a try. ive heard reports of less side effects etc aswell!!

some people have told me take 2 per day for the first 5 days then 2 eod for the rest of my cycle??

what are your stats for starters? sounds like you need more research if you dont know what tamox (nolva) is for

and stats are 23, 14.8 stone. very low body fat aswell

Not baggin on you but you really really really need to have a pct and on- cycle ancillaries in hand before starting a cycle. http://forums.steroid.com/showthread.php?t=209758 this like is good read on proper pct.

do natural testosterone boosters help aswell?

do i still need to take my nolva during my cycle?

i must sound like im being hard work or dumb but i really want to sort this out!

I personally like adex during cycle only if needed(when i feel a lil gyno coming on),nolva for pct along with adex.Post your proposed pct and have it critiqued and you'll get a better idea on how to go about it.
