    Prop only cycle

    It's my boys first cycle
    He's running prop eod at 100 mg

    How many pounds of lean muscle should he expect to gain best case scenario
    and what would the time frame be approximately for him to start seeing very noticeable results

    he was 5'8 - 5'9 195 at about 12% bf b4 he started

    You can't say how much he can gain, everybody's different, it depends firstly on his diet, as EVER.

    About 4 weeks he should start seeing some gains. Strenght should even come sooner.

    he will see the effects by the end of the 1st week with regards to strength and pump. weeks 2 and 3 hel be gaining weight.

    When I took prop I had really good strenght gains at 2 weeks and started to put on serious weight at 4 weeks. It will vary from person to person.

    By the way, my sisters cousins mothers uncles gardners dope dealers grandfathers second cousins son is thinking of a cycle. How many cups of coffee should I expect to drink before his international order ships and how much fat will I...eh, hmm... I mean HE lose??
