    Noob need Help??

    Ok im very new to all this, so ill lay out everything and get your opinions because you guys know what your taking about. Ok, Im weigh 160 lb (ya i know im small) 5'10. I want BULK up quick, safe, and as cheap as possibly. Keeping all that into consideration im looking to workout all summer and get into great physical shape. Im in pretty good shape now i just have no muscle mass. Muscle mass is want i want but i want to also be ripped. Which do you think are best for my situation? I dont have a lot of money so i would like to try to be as cheap as possibly but still safe. Now im not trying to be HUGE but i would like to be considerbly bigger i think with steriods i should be able to after working out all summer be around 180 pure muscle no fat (i might be reaching there but i dont really know how all this works) i plan on doing some research and everything before the summer hit , but i was hoping to get everyones advise here. Thanks in advance for all the help i really appreciate it, and sorry for the long paragraph

    food is what you should spend your money on bro. at 145 the problem is your diet. and by the way there is no talk of the shipping process.

    o sorry i didnt know. But if im to lite for anabolic right now is there something else i could take that would help me increase while im small still?

    food is the most anabolic thing you can put in your body right now...if you cant gain naturally at your stats, then you wont gain from steroids..this is how you need to start eating

    man i was in your shoes...5'10'' at 155lbs and i thought steroids were my only way out. I got into diet which basically meant i ate a lot more and got my protein every day. After a year of all natural lifting just with supplements i put on 20 pounds. You should try working out HARD and gain some natty muscle man. You'll appreciate they hell out of that natural muscle. Trust me.
