Hey guys first let me say this board is awesome and provides a great deal of good info. Now let me start........ I am 6'3 220lb bf 14.7%.. I have been working out for about 5 years but over the passed year i feel i can't obtain any more gains. My diet is most definitely in check. In fact about 2 years ago I dropped about 50lb of fat which was awesome. But still i cant seem to get the gains i want. After doing much research i was thinking of just doing a 10 week cycle of test p 75mg a day. I just need some help with the type of pct i should use for this cycle and what will help me keep most of the gains i make. Thank YOU all for any help
