You need to eat more food to keep your metabolism high. 3 meals a day is not good!

Well I have never tried anavar or any aas but I think you should get some real lifting, along with your cardio, under your belt before trying it.

    Here is my idea:

For this spring and summer, do moderate 10-12 rep lifting 4-5 x/week with cardio 3-4x/week. The cardio can be outdoors. Enjoy the spring weather and do the exercise with a focus on outdoor activities and fun stuff. Pay attention to diet and get used to eating 5-6 times/day. Take your normal supps including multivit, fish oil, etc.

Try some distance bike rides or walks....but avoid distance running because it's very catabolic and tends to mess up feet and ankles.

Around October-December, cut back the cardio as the days get shorter and the weather gets cold. Do a "bulk" with 6-10 rep lifting *including* squats and leg presses as well as rows and bench presses. Eat clean, but a little heavier than during the summer. See how far your lifts progress on their own. Be sure to do the squats and leg presses, as they are very important during a bulk to stimulate muscle growth! Add zinc or ZMA as a supp and also creatine.

I think you will be surprised - your lifts may progress for a long time, especially if you have a ****morphic body type.

As long as you keep progressing on your lifts...keep it natural for the time being.

By that time, you will probably have the 2 years of good lifting experience and more for cardio. Then....

time to think about the anavar for the coming summer or fall....depending on goals.

    Before starting, you should:

    1) Have 1 year or preferably 2 of consistent lifting
    2) Have more than the 1 year above of experience with cardio whether it's walking, treadmill, stepmill, bicycle, hiking, whatever. What were ya doing in '04 and '05? ;-) ;-)
    3) Have a current measurement of your bf%. Calipers are OK, but if there's a BodPod location nearby that's reasonable, get that too - it may be more accurate.
    4) Get baseline blood pressure readings so you can compare when you go on-cycle
    5) Get basic blood work like cholesterol, hormone levels etc. done. Try http://www.healthcheckusa.com/ if you have a couple hundred bucks to spare and want your own set of results confidential to you.
    6) Read more about aas in women - side effects, results etc. Results, like muscle development, are different from "side effects" like voice deepening etc. It's rather funny reading complaints about "side effects" like "larger quads" from women on other boards who have encountered substances like primobolan, especially in conjunction with food and good exercise routines that include time spent at a squat rack. What did they expect, anyway?!? Quads respond to stimuli...
    7) Have exercise integrated into your daily lifestyle rather than jumping into the ol' SUV as so many people do now, even with gas getting close to $4.00/gallon. I'm amazed with these gas prices how many clueless trend-followers still jump into their big SUV's and give the oil companies 1/3 their psycheck every time they fill up. Your planned cycle will yield much better results if you also plan ahead to fully utilize it to improve your daily life, whether through working harder in the gym or by a big-picture move that involves changing to a bike/public transit/more active commute.

There. There's my roadmap. Hope it helps.
