Mad not taking anti E's

Firstly how the hell do you know if you are getting bitch tits. I am taking 300mg deca per week for 12 weeks. Taking 400mg test cyp per week for 8 weeks. anabol for 6 weeks. Should I consider taking some sort of anti E's. How do I how if I am getting tits.

Gyno will start of as itchy nipples and then become more painful and sensitive.Taking anti E,s will prevent the symptoms from increasing.Some people report a hard lump under the nipple.Gyno is not exclusive to BB who use AAS it can occur naturally as some males estrogen levels are higher that others.
