I am 36 with probably 10 cycles behind me over the past 14 years. 5'8" 196lbs natural maybe 12-14% BF.
Goals are to reach 8-9%BF at 210lbs. This is the supplements plan I have below:

Any holes in this cycle?

month 1&2(bulk):
10iu GH 3x week,8iu insulin PWO
1000mg Test Cyp, 300mg Deca , 50-75mg anadrol , Liver Cure

month 3)PCT):
200mcg PEG-MGF 12 hrs before training, 40mcg IGF-1R3 PWO bi-laterally
5iu GH/day 5x week
clen 2 weeks/eca 2 weeks (Keto used every 3rd week for duration of 1 week)

month 4(PCT):
200mcg PEG-MGF 12 hrs before training, 40mcg IGF-1R3 PWO bi-laterally
40mg var
10iu GH 3x week
clen 2 weeks/eca 2 weeks (Keto used every 3rd week for duration of 1 week)

month 5&6 (cut/bulk):
Work up to 5iu per day as tolerated (5 on 2 off)
750mg Test Cyp/50 Tren ED/300mgEQ/25-50?mg Dbol /Liv .52

7th month(PCT):
40mcg IGF-1R3 PWO bi-laterally
clen 2 weeks/eca 2 weeks (Keto used every 3rd week for duration of 1 week)

*Plan is to eat super clean with 1.5g+ protein/lb bodyweight
*always using NO supplement as it makes me feel super energetic for training, and Glu/Condrot,MSM for my @#(*&!?! accutane ravanged joints
*1.25mg finasteride per day with 15% rogaine at night, 5x Liv.52 per day
*use letro (.5mg/day) as emergency gyno treatment as needed
*use cabaser/vit B6 (.5mg/day) as emergency tren gyno treatment as needed
*Use T3 to bring up morning body temperature to the norm when on GH
*500iu HCG 3x per week at end of cycles starting 3 weeks out
