He guys, ive had a lot of friends do this plan and come out with awesome results....but most of them never really worked out before... I have been working out for 5 years and am in pretty good shape about 15% body fat...but do not have the abs or "beach body" look, but rather a solid look... this is the first summer i am not taking off so its going to be hard for me to work out due to all the work im goign to be doing....so my quesiton is will I lose a lot of the muscle that i Have gained over the years or majorly just fat??
