    low energy..

    27 5"9 205 bf%7-10 5years cycle exp
    250 test enan 2X a wk
    300 eq 2X a wk
    100 tren a ed
    100 test prop eod
    100 masteron eod
    5 wks in
    Done over 10 cycles with many diff stacks and for the first time im really tired alot and run outta steam alot quicker in2 a workout. Tren and eq can make u tired ive heard but run them many times and never had a issue.. the only somewhat new thing im runnin is masteron 2nd time runnin' it first time didnt notice this though and never heard of it havin this effect.. any insite anyone?? cals and protein r good as well and i sleep 8hrs a night generally..feel like im not getting as much as i could outta this cycle cause im spent 20 min in2 a workout...Any suggs can only help..Thanx..

    Well eq shouldnt be tiring you, in fact its proven to raise red blood cell counts which will give you more stamina. I havent tried masteron or Tren but you have lots of Test esters in there and Test is proven to cause lethargy.

    You're just bound to be a little tired because with so many chemicals youre body is trying to convert every calorie it can get into muscle. That makes you tired. Also are you running an AI? Estrogen and especially water will completely drag you down, thats just a fact.

    Another important aspect that works for me. Cardio! As soon as youre done lifting follow each workout with a brisk 10 minute walk on the treadmill, maybe doing a 5.5 mph jog for a min every few minutes. Then hit the lifecycle and put in 10 minutes on the bike, or stairclimber works too.

    Keep the water off and keep up your cardiovascular system, its the key to your bodies energy! Also how many times a week you lifting? 4x a week is the max amount of times you should be in the gym. Muscles grow outside the gym, not in it. Im sure u know that

    I do cardio after everyworkout and do train 4x a wk but im not runnin an AE but mabye Ill try that..Just havnt cause im not retaining much water and the masteron helps (me anyway) with any gyno issues..Thanx 4ur input..much appreciated

    Man I seem to be having the same problem. I have a very demanding job, but at about noon I'm soo tired. I sleep 9 hours a night. I think its bc of all the other lifting at the gym doing.. I'm on test E and EQ 500/week 600/week but i feel ya lol I might try harder to get some water out. Maybe more steam room??

    i know people that feel the same way when on gear but i have never been that way, thank god. tren is known for insomnia which will make you feel tired all day. as for your cycle, it seems like a great cutter

    sced is posted ed=everyday eod=every other.. I rotate delts and glutes both sides, but i dont mind 2-2and a half cc's in my delt....some guys i know dont like doing that much in there delt while others dont mind..Only use quads if i am gettin' sore... dont like quad shots but i will do em occasionally...Mix tren w prop one day and mix with mast on the other,mix eq w enan2xwk...
