Ok so a little about myself...I had gyno in the teens had surgery to get rid of it but still have excess bodyfat in the chest area..now I was on a strict workout routine while in highschool for the football program at my peak my weights were like this with no supplements at all.
Bench=315 max
Squat=425 max
Deadlift=320 max
Weight=225
Height=6'0
That was my high school profile, I do not know the bodyfat, but still even then could not cut out the chest fat as well as belly fat...now that was 3 yrs ago, and I have still been in the gym..Ive been back in the gym now for about 9 months 5 days a week doing cardio in the pool as I cant stand running.. my weight now is a high for met at 235lbs and I was shocked to find my bodyfat at 33%... Ive been on a diet now for going on 3 weeks and already dropped 10lbs lemme say when i started the diet i was 245lbs now at 235. Now i know how important the diet is and im sticking to it as well as the gym routine...
So Im thinking about taking clen to help aid in the BF%...but i have been reading on letro and i was wondering if any vets out there could help me out...do you think that with have having gyno as a kid this could be a problem with the chest fat? And do you think that letro will help with that?
Thanks to all for future advice and Im glad to be here as i have been reading now for 4 days straight and everything in the forums is helping me out...what a great place to be..
Ive thought about it once I get off of the clen starting a cycle of test prop or winnie....any opinions??
