Im 5'9 170. About 9-10% Bodyfat. Ive Recently Got Back Into Lifting About A Month Ago Im Pretty Tone,and Getting Alot Of Strength Back. Im Using 1cc 250mg Of Sustanon 250, And Stacking It With 1cc 150mg Of Test Cyp. Is This A Good Stack??? Is It Enough To Use Once A Week. Im Looking To Put On 20 Lbs At Least. I Eat Very Clean, And Take In Tons Of Protein And Good Carbs. Does Anyone Have A Good Sample Diet? I Had Good Gains From Sustanon Alone The Last Time Around, But I Didnt Do Much Cardip, And Got Sort Of Chubby. Im Now Lifting Heavy 5-7 Reps To Failure. Anyones Imput Would Be Greatly Appreciated.
