What do you think of this? What is the correct way to do this?

first off. how old are you?
32yrs., 6'1'',252
bridging was popular at one time but it just doesn't work well. The theory is you do a low dose of a gear(e.g. anavar or dbol) that has little suppresion of the HPTA in between cycles and you can recover your HPTA and keep your gains. The reality is you don't recover your HPTA, you are still sending a negative feedback to a HPTa that is basicly turned off. The best way is do a good PCT to get your natural testosterone, let it stabalize and then go to your next cycle.
i know people around your age that go all year long. semms to be working great for them. what were u planning on bridging?
Sounds nieve, but how do I tell when my test. has stabilized?
finny
The sure fire way is to get a blood test. For me, when on a PCT I start to get acne and moody, when that starts to go away and I start getting an improved libido, it's a good sign. Also your lifting will start to improve, i.e. after a cycle you lose some strength because of the lack of anabolics in your system, once your natural test is back, you will stabilize your strength and start to make slight gains. Again, the blood test is the sure fire way and it's actually not to expensive. Doing one before and after cycle is recommended.
i here proviron is really good
proviron hardned me up. nothing too big. my pct doesnt really include all the stuff igifuno mentioned. i just use hcg 2x per cycle and barely supresses my HPTA. after cycle is done though i still add 2 weeks of nolva just to make sure
