before i start my cycle

this is gonna be my first cycle and i was just wondering a couple things
the cycle is test e 600 mg/week
im splitting the shots one on monday and one on thursday
i want to frontload so should i do 600mg for the first shot on monday or for the first 2? also does it matter if i do it on an empty stomach?
