both my nips are puffy never had steds i have a little fat around belly but my top half is in good shape but my nips are really puffy anyone no why? is it gyno? if not how di i get rid, would building the chest do it.

How old are you? Why do you think you have gyno? Sounds like high body fat as opposed to gyno. If you had gyno you could definitely feel something behind your nipple.

post a pic up and we can give you a good guess, otherwise we have no clue. also im curious as to how you got steds? from steroids ? do other people use that term or did you just make it up..

people just use that word around were iam from, after looking at all the forums think its just fat or to much saggy skin on the nip. but how do i get rid?

In another post your were desperate to know what "tabs" you can use to get rid of your belly and build muscle, now your asking if you have gyno?! Maybe its natural gyno, some people do get it. You may just have water / fat retention in that area. Do you have a lump behind the nip? If so, does it hurt when you squeeze it? If so, Letrozole , .5 each day, this MAY help but wont definatley get rid of it

I would really look into letro and give it a go.. and stay on it until it goes away while dieting and toning up. just be consistent and who knows maybe you wont have to get surgery years from now!

with that being said and most importantly... absolutely no steds, "tabs", steroids or whatever "insert your own made-up name here" you want to call them.

hi no lumps or not sore there is nothing behind my nips, if it is just water and fat would building the chest and goin on diet work as it cant be gyno can it if have no lumps, when i was 13 i had them lumps but they went away, iam 23 now.

I'm having a little bit now from NPP and I got it good when I was using test e, my went away eventually when I stopped, it took a couple months but it went back to normal tho.
Gyno depends on what ur running some steroids its from estrogen others from prolactin, in which case you'd have to have an AI to administer accordingly.

never had steroids so its a tuff 1, my nips arnt sore with no lumps, on my other post people say its not gyno just fat without even seein pic. need to know if it is gyno asap so i can start a couse of letro
