Thread: new to the cutting cycle and I need some help?????

    new to the cutting cycle and I need some help?????

    ok so I'm 20 years old and about 2 years ago I took test and deca and and gotten pretty big but I haven't worked out since and I'm kinda outta shape now I'm 6 foot about 190 and all I eat is junk food like fast food none stop everyday all I eat is cheese also its really bad but for some reason I don't gain the weight I have a lil gut but its from all cheese and the other problem is I don't like to eat anything els I mean I would eat chicken and lean steak but really nunthin els no vegis or fruits .....but I just bought clen ....anaver pills and primo if that's how u spell it ...but can someone help me out on how to take thoes 3 things and if I stop eatin bread and cheese will it work just buy me working out light I wanna get cut up thanks a lot whoever reads this and wants to help me

    You should not be taking anything, you should sort your diet, training, and dedication.

    If you can't put the time in, you'll never be happy with your results. It takes dedication, and you don't have it.

    yea but I mean once I get goin and start seeing results ill stay with it I need to lose the weight and get some tone the summers here u no lol....I mean I already bought these things so I wanna use them I started to work out last week lifting all light weights and I run for about a hour a day but I haven't took these things yet bec I don't no how much and when to take them

    your not understanding what we're telling you, steroids are miracle in a pill, 90% of what you get out of them is from diet, as i've always heard, if you put shyt in, you'll get shytty results

    if your training, diet and motivation aren't 100% there then your results will not be worth it

    building up your body is a marathon, won by steadiness and heart, not a 100m sprint

    ok well I'm gonna have to push my self and try to dedicated my self to it but how do I go about all the stuff igot and I'm gonna read the fourm about the deits also

    until your diet and training are down then the steroids are worthless to you, if you can't even keep yourself from using them then you don't have the control to diet or train properly in the first place, btw, i already put links to diet and workout threads earlier in this thread

    ii do understand and I'm gonna have to put myall in it I'm not gonna start it right away I am gonna start my deit first but I wanted to no how I would go about doin it all you no.....ii duno how old u are but young kids like me wana do things quick and half ass but I'm gonna have to do it right or I aint gnna do it at all bec what use are sayin to me I have to dedicated my self

    im 18 and have had access to steroids since i was 16, most of friends use them, though incorrectly, and i was pressured to use them for football so i understand it's hard not to use them

    that being said i've NEVER come close to using them, though i've instructed some of my older friends and helped them with cycles

    i've decided not to use till i'm 23-24 and with just hardwork and diet i've come from 240 and 35+%bf a couple years ago to 180-185 and 8%bf which i am at now and even without steroids i'm easily the strongest kid in my school and every school i've competed again in my class

    not trying to brag just showing what can be done if you work hard enough

    thanks, it's people like you that give encouragement that i wish i'd had at the start to help, this forum would've helped a ton too, i'm addicted to it cause i love helping people, the satisfaction of seeing people succeed is like a high for me, that's why i train anybody who needs help free of charge and whenever they like at the three gyms i workout at

    anyway frankie, as i always tell the people i train, if your willing to take the time and put in the effort i'll be right here to help you in any way i can

    right now not much, i'm going to regionals in tennis wedsnesday and my partner and i are ranked 2nd in texas right now so i haven't been able to lift for a while as my shoulder and scapula are messed up

    before tennis started i was lifting mostly for size and not strength and bench has always been my weak point by far, i think my best max was close to 350 or so, i don't max out much

    well thanks alot for everyones help and atleast u no where im comeing from but im gonan give it a go and start it up and try to stick with working out for a while thanks alot good luck with ur tourty
