    hmm.. pump as in you can't do another rep, you can't stand, or walk?? var does it to me at 80mg day.. but that's the lower back pain i'm referring to..

    most NO products will do a good pump.. or MCC does a great job at it..

    TY for a legit answer swol. I have used eq before at 200mg a week I believe. Didnt feel that much of a pump... Ran it with Test e.. Put on very lean mass but ran the EQ for only 6 weeks (NEWB ERROR) It was my first cycle and my wallet paid for the mistake. But anyways.. What ed of EQ should I take a week to see a really good pump and how long should I run it for 10-12 weeks?

    EQ at 600mg per week.

    Some love it, some say it does nothing for them.

    It takes about 6 weeks to feel anything from eq. U gotta run it like shifty said 600 a week for atleast 12 weeks

    oral winny 100mg ED gives crazy pumps, painful shait....
