You have to know that steroids do NOTHING without a proper diet.

If you have only been working out 1 year dont touch AAS yet.

Plenty of natty growth yet to come.

Also, working out everyday isnt giving your muscles enough time to recover and slowing growth.

Hit the workout forum to get ya workout in order.

Try foodadrol or wheybolin, carbobol if you want to bulk. They not cause gyno at all.

You need to get ya self into a position where steroids are warranted, as sounds like you aren't yet.

Take the time to research why an oral only cycle sucks and will more likely hinder rather than help.

wanna build mass? Eat more food..youre not ready for steroids, beside taking oral steroids without injectables arent usually a good idea...spend your time learning how to eat to build muscle..if you cant build muscle naturally, then you wont build muscle with steroids..theyre not magic beans

just found out androlic are high on estrogen so there out the window. but cant find winny?? does it mean winstrol? are they high or low on estrogen
