    Cardio and var

    does var have a good or bad effect on cardiovascular fitness?
    does doing cardio during a cycle inhibit muscular gains?
    if i want to improve cardiovascular fitness after a cycle will i lose a lot of my gains doing cardio?

    does doing cardio during a cycle inhibit muscular gains? Yes it can if you do it in excess.if i want to improve cardiovascular fitness after a cycle will i lose a lot of my gains doing cardio? wait untill you fully recover from PCT and then make sure you do not do it in excess

    If you do low intensity cardio and not let yor heart rate get over approx 130bpm your body will only burn fat and not tap into muscle for fuel. Continue eating alot of protein and you should be fine. I have not tried var so I cant comment on how in effects cardiovascular fitness but it should help lean you up while retaining strength and muscle.
