As for my diet I think the fact that I don't eat meat and am allergic to eggs could be a problem. I try to supplement to the best of my ability with whey protein. I guess to make a long story short, for me it is just not enough. So I am considering exploring the option of AS. I just want to make sure I am taking the right thing and using it the right way.
