Question about anti estro

I'm currently on cycle using 50mg winstrol ed and 250mg of sustanon once a week. I couldnt get arimidex but i do have nolva.My question is if you think i need anti estro with this cycle, I feel it is light but being it is my first and i do want to get best results. I have been taking 20mg nolva everyday so far. I am 1 week in and have seen little bit of strength increase so far, feeling good just want best results.

What are you stats? age, weight, height, cycle exp, training exp, diet?

I'm 34 5 foot 9 235 lbs. Been lifting on and off for past 10 years but have really been consistent the past 3. Diet is good but could be better, My wife is good cook and she lifts with me so she knows what i need for diet. I just need to cut out the snacks

well first off up the sust to 500 mgs a week and shoot it more frequently because of the short esters eod or e3d... An AI(example: arimidex) should only be used during your cycle if estrogenic side get bad... OH yea and whats your PCT look like? and whats your BF%?

and shooting the sust more frequently will keep your blood levels stable so less side effects will come..

I haven't had bf tested in long time, I would guess it to be around 14 to 16 percent. pct i have the nolva and even got some clomid, but from reading i wish i didn't get it, cost me $40 and i don't think i will use it at all. So you don't think i should use ai unless something starts to show up? I was just told to get arimidex with my cycle, but couldn't find so was worried i was gonna short myself on cycle. So 500mgs a week thats gonna be $50 a week, have another option of test that would be cheaper.Think i could switch now or is it to late

I always use a light dose AI or other anti-estrogen jsut in case.

so you use ai no matter what through the whole cycle? so in your opinion should i take nolva maybe in 10mg or would 20 mg be ok whole cycle

you can use an AI through the whole cycle but if you eliminate all estrogen your gains will suffer... and if you can get a hold of test E you can run 500mg a week at 2 shot and that will be alittle easier on the wallet if you can get it for a good price and run it for 10-12 weeks so 20ml or 22ml at 250mg/ml

i would throw the clomid in because clomid and nolva work well together for gettin your natty test levels back up an running
