Training delts same day as injection in delt?

I took my shot an hour later I'm training delts every things good but when I get home I notice I'm a little more sore on the delt I injected but a little lower from the injection site. That was yesterday, today I iced it twice for 15 minutes and I'm hoping by at latest friday it should be back to normal.Any thoughts on this.

Basically you pumped your delt full of oil and it spread. By lifting that area you could have busted an oil pocket (doubt you did that) But you were pushing hte oil around all over the muscle by lifting which can create a bit more pain the day after. I would workout THEN inject to avoid that situation.

Thanks,I just did a search about this and people often get red or soreness around or under the injection site typically with prop test e as a result of the BA.If it doesn't clear yp by fri I'm gonna ask my doc for some augmenton or keflex.Do you think I'm just overreacting?

Yeah that could also be too, high BA in test E can result in some soarness around the injection site as each UGL is different. Also most people experience pain with the prop ester so that could also have something to do with it. U may just be over reacting, just give it a few days and watch it as you should be fine.

Thanks man, your positive reinforcement puts me at ease.

Also I've never had any problems like this and also never trained rite after an injection so I will atribute this reaction to your suggestion of training the site after injection.
