hey guys well i have revised my goals i want to shred up i am 5'9 and weigh 172 and am very athletic i run about 3-6 miles everyday (not by choice) but anyways i eat relatively healthy and take in a good amount of protein(100%) whey low cal and i have two bottles of 10ml tren do i need something else to shred and i also need a good pct but any insight would help thanks guys ( about two months ago i came off a sust 250 cycle and liked it alot but now i would like to shred up )
