    tired of being teased

    ok well heres the deal im 24 going on 25 work in retail in sales so im always on the go..thats some back round info


    ok so as u can tell by my sn im skinny reallll skinny....122lbs at 5,7 to be exact and thats up from 113 from a month ago picture a skinnier bruce lee ripped just the same and very strong for my size so i think at least...i eat decent wouldnt say great but my calorie intake is alot eat your three meals a day pluss drink three ensures a day which give me an extra 1150 calories....really dont have time to eat 5 or six meals a day with working so much plus would be imposible for me to eat that much anyway...i do work out 4 times a week sometimes five for about the past 8 months and have done all my research on proper tech.. so pretty confident im doing at least that right..

    i no most of u havent had this prob but have been skinny my whole life and have been teased cus of it my whole life...even by the ladies sad to say

    so gottten to the point where i have gone out and got some "gear" in which i was hoping u all can help tell me if i got ripped off or not....they are small square white pills that say b/p on one side and 10 on the other all so a small bottel of sustanon 250 1ml and yes the lettering is in yellow and a bottel of novedex x1 and milk thisel that i got from gnc....

    so please any advice on if its real "gear" how much to take and what to do or look out for would be sooo help full thanks

    ps i no its better to take pills with shots but its impossible to get them where i live have asked every one i no......

    forget about the gear.

    your main problem is your diet. i dont care how many times someone says 'i eat a ton but i cant gain weight.' if you are not gaining weight you are simply not eating enough, end of story.

    steroids will do nothing without an adequate diet to allow your muscles to grow, they arent magic beans.

    head to the diet forum asap and get yourself on a bulking diet.

    bro you should have came on here before you got anything. at your size you really dont need to use aas. go take a look at the diet forums. and also show us your workout routine and diet.

    Welcome to AR....

    I understand where you are coming from, but you need to slow down and think about what you want to do.

    No need to rush into taking gear, its not a magical pill or injection that will make you into something great without alot of research and learning. There is lots of information here, you need to read.

    You aren't ready either, just by what you said in your post.

    What type of gear are the pills and how many do you have? If you can post a pick that could help. Also you don't have enough sust do a cycle. What have you planned for a pct? Thats important.

    i have 99 pills...and only that one lil bottel...im assuning its only good for one shot...as for pics of the pills i tired to take it but my cam. sucks doesnt get the engravings on the actually pill just shows the lil white squar..my buddy told me they where dbols? and pct no clue on that matter........

    as for eating i really do eat alot and have been alot more hence the 9 lbs in the past one and a half month...the first weigh came actually fast was gaining like 1 to 2 pounds a week but now been stuck on this weight for two weeks or so and have been eating more then when i first started

    Go to the Picture forum of real gear and see if you can find the same one and then post it on this thread.

    You still don't have enough gear no matter what. Just trust us on the research thing and don't get in a hurry. Also read and check out what pct does and is.

    Right now Im eating meal # 6. All o fmy meals consist of protein/carbs/fats. More so protein and carbs as im trying to keep calories from fat minimal. When i get home, its meal #7 then b4 bed a protein shake.


    ITs all on what you want to get out of it, i fyou cant eat then you obviously dont want to gain weight, thats the only way to do it. You need to train yourself to eat big meals multiple times a day and then you will grow. Map out your diet to us on what you eat from day to day.

    i went to the picture forum and couldnt find it still looking tho.....

    as for what i eat wake up have eggs toast big glass of milk...
    on way to work drink an ensure has 250 cals 16 gram of protein

    on my lunch break i usally eat fast food bk pizza chinese and some times stek and rice from the spanish place and a shake
    followed by another ensure

    dinner is usally a big steak veggies fries, rice or pasta....OR some sort of chicken breast same vegies and once again rice pasta or potaoes

    and once again follwed by another ensure and some kind of snack donuts cookies cakes what ever i happen to have at that time

    i also work 8 o 10 hours a day in a verizon wireless store....with the public all day so hard to be selling a phone with your mouth full lol...so really cant eat that many meals like u

    be proud, be an animal you just have to consume all day every day constantly be digesting. Your not gonna get fired for eating keep a cooler behind the desk & sneek in a bite between customers. You can do it you have to do it even with steroids to gain weight.

    On the diet, I am kind of in the same siuation as you, but thats why quick things such as high protein shakes (get a better variety with alot more protein in it). You couldnt evan cram in a quick tuna sandwich? Thats better then nothing. You need to lay off the junk food as well, maybe a cheat day every week to every other, depending. I cant eat all these meals a day either, but I still try to consume a high amount of pro and carb.

    Bro I know where you're coming from. I used to eat fast food thinking it would help me gain weight. All it did was make me gain fat and lose muscle, which actually made me lose weight.

    If you are tired enough of being skinny to buy steroids, then you should have the willpower to eat and eat and eat. I mean I've gained over 50lbs naturally from eating. I would quit the ensure (whenever you run out). Stick with whole foods and stay away from the BK, chinese, ect.

    Good luck with everything and I hope you have the willpower to do what is necessary. If you're working 8-10 hour days and dont have enough energy after work to get a good workout in, set your alarm clock a couple of hours early and get to the gym. Sleep after work. I'm not being hard on you, just speaking from experience. Good luck bro

    Congrats on at least trying to do it the right way. Juice is not the easy way either. You sitll have to eat right like theese folks have been saying. However once you have the close to what it should be, your busting your butt in the gym will help build muscle faster. The bottom like is though you have to eat the food to get a base down for anything.

    i would suggest you should have more realistic expectations.. yes your diet is wrong, you need to learn more about fats (EFA ) for sure.

    You are on the go?? how often do you go to the gym?? 4-5x per week??

    consume 5-6000 cals per day??

    check the diet forum for a bulking diet, save your cash for a good test cycle and you will be fine..

    test e is a great starting point, i was in the same boat bro, i was 117 at 5'8", noshit, like a twig lol. i ate like a hog 4 6 months and gained like 8 pounds, then i ran test e 750wk for 8 weeks and bam iwent up to 160, and i ate the same wayeveryone is different, find what works for you, try test e at 500mg a week and eat like a horse and you will see results

    most people on here have real jobs, busy family lifes, etc and they make time to eat..its all about how badly you want results..cook your food for the week on your day off..pack a cooler and take it with you..it can easily be done if you want it..steroids arent gonna do a damn thing for ya..if ya cant gain weight naturally, then you wont gain weight from steroids..theyre not magic..they are just the icing on the cake once you know how to eat, train, and rest

    Bro,over and over again I read posts or threads from guys that want to start juicing,I consider myself very openminded and try to be as supportive as I can.I don;t want to burst your bubble,but with your weight and eating habits its just not in your best interest to do so.I think you'll be sadly disappointed,thats if you don't do yourself some serious harm along the way.Try to focus on eating better and more,you say you really don't have the time,but unless you're the ceo of a major conglomerate,you can make the time.I strongly urge you to reconsider!

    thanks guys for all the advice i read a bunch in the diet forums and going to try to start eating alot more....def not going to be able to follow there diets to the key some call for like 8 egg whites and i a gett full on like three lol...but yea so not going to take the gear just yet going to try to get up to 135 first which would be the most i have ever wieghed in my life which was 125...but on a real note how much weight u think i could gain natty in a months time?

    years. it takes years man, dont look for a quick fix. just start eating for mass now and never stop. and dont f**k with your hormones until your good and ready for it.

    Get used to eating when you're not hungry, letting the clock tell you when your next meal is rather than your stomach.

    I had a bitch tell me she didn't want to date me because I was too "skinny." I was 19 years old 6'2 , 155 lbs. Now I am about 200lbs. Yes, the skank motivated me to workout and get big. I know what it is like being skinny. It starts with diet. eat , eat, eat. You will gain fat but its ok.

    I started working out seriously about 4 years ago at 125 to 130 lbs at 5'7" now at 24 Im hovering in between 200 and 205lbs at 5'7' with 14-15%BF anythin is possible when you put your mind to it trust me... good Luck and wish you the best... Oh yea and stay full haha

    oh yea and that was naturally Im just now preparing to do my first cycle so hold out and see where you can take yourself naturally first
