    Does a cycle, gets little results

    I browse the site here pretty often, and I have noticed that some guys don't seem to get the results one would expect from a cycle. They post pics weeks into the cycle, after the cycle, etc. and the progress just isn't there. Is there a lot of fake gear out there that people think is real? Are these people injecting unknown compounds into there body? What's the scoop.

    You need to train proper and diet proper to get the gains.

    For every one person not gaining theres two gaining massively. Theres loads of fake gear out there. Just get a good trustworthy source. There diet and training might be bad

    70-80% of the guys here have no idea what a proper diet consists of, nor do they run good cycles or have a solid foundation to work upon.

    you'll hear the experienced members say time and time again that steroids arent magic beans, and the crappy results from a lot of inexperienced people proves this.

    you gotta eat to be big.

    Training naturally, I need to take in about 3,500 cals to maintain +muscle growth support.

    5'7"
    185lbs
    ~14%bf (not really sure)

    If I were on cycle, how many cals above maintenance is recommended?

    depends on your goals, there are more experienced guys in the diet department than me.

    some people even with their diet spot on and real gear just do not make the gains that others will.............

    I hate the stigma that aas get..People think that u take them and magically get huge and cut...It doesnt work like that its alot of hard work involved along with diet and sleep... There not magical like we all wish they were some guys have been training 4awile so adding 8pounds of muscle in a cycle is ok with them.........

    its true. if you eat like shit or dont eat enough, all the aas in the world aint gonna make you gain.

    good diet with no aas>crap diet with aas
