    Newb

    Hey, I was just reading alot on steroids and was wondering if they are right for me or not. All I want to do is gain weight fast!! I'm one of those hard gainers and I'm fed up with it. I just wanted to know what is the least amount of time I would need to be on steroids. I want to gain 10-15 pounds and then i want to cut down. If anyone could give me an idea i would appreciate it.

    I'm 19, 150 lbs, 5'9, and have been lifting since I was 16.

    start working on your diet first

    UNoffical "How to Bulk" thread and sample diet...

    if youre having problem gaining, then youre not eating enough and if you cant gain naturally, then you wont gain on steroids either

    at 19 you shouldnt even be considering steroids ..focus on diet and training if you really want results

    With a proper bulking diet (as everyone stated ) you should be seeing results FAST! With the amount of weight you gain you need to increase your diet. If you are eating too much you will notice fat gain as well as other problems associated with too much protein/carbs/fats but if you are lifting as much as you should then you shouldnt run into these issues. The sample bulking diets in the diet forum are great, you can tweak them to your liking.

    10:00 am weight gainer shake, 4 egg whites, bowl of oatmeal

    12:00pm chicken breast, rice, fruit, and juice

    2:00pm tuna, pasta, milk, veggies

    4:00pm chicken breast, rice, juice and veggies

    6:00pm steak, potatoes, juice, veggies

    8:00 workout

    9:30 Weigth gainer shake, chicken breast, rice and veggies


    11:30 Cottage cheese before bed

    and at all times i am drinking water

    with this diet i did gain 10 lbs i was previously at 140 but i want to hit between 160 and 170

    Buddy i know you hear of all the great things of steroids {and the bad} but without a proper diet could take every drug imaginable and your gains will suck! Dont feel bad though you are not the only one! Focus on DIET DIET DIET and your gains will be beautiful, trust me!
