deca only cycle?

i was having a discussion with my friend about a deca durabolin cycle. he says its ok to have a deca only cycle. i showed him the profile of anthony roberts about deca. and he disagrees with it and says: on the graph on anthony roberts profile of deca durabolin its Phenylpropionate? he says this substance has a half life of a few days and deca durabolin has a half life of 2 weeks. if you shot 100mg of deca in 2 weeks 50mg would be active. how exactly is that going to shut you down in one day...?

How would his argument support that it would not shut you down in one day? Anthony is stating that your natural test production will be shut down, not that the deca won't still be active in your system.

half lives and being shut down are 2 different things..youre friends arguement doesnt really hold water

he says the graph is of the wrong drug, the graph that shows test levels declining. not sure what hes talking about but hes using deca only and im trying to talk him out of it.

The active hormone is not active in the blood stream ..

the ester of the drug (deca) has a half life after which

the esters are removed and the hormone is released into the

blood stream to act 'freely'

does this not start as soon as the injection takes place, surely blood levels start to build up from day one and peak in x days(dependant on ester)

deca and npp are the same hormone (nandrolone)..they are just different esters...npp is faster acting than deca, which is a long ester..the ester effects how fast the hormone is released into the blood stream..deca will stay in your blood stream longer than NPP..thus keeping you shut down longer..some people just have to learn the hard way

deca isn't testosterone, its a 19nor which doesn't have the same properties of testosterone.

ANY hormone you put into your system will suppress / shut down natty production of test, so without the properties of test you will loose the benefits it gives you.

I think your friend needs to learn this.

the graph shows natural test levels after an injection of nandrolone (both esters)..the test levels are close to zero after only 3 days..what part of that doesnt make sense to him? Does your friend realize that deca or any steroid will shut down or supress natural test levels? That sounds like the part he fails to understand
