2nd newb cycle
hey im 190lbs ? bf
looking to do my second cycle. first cycle was
250mg/wk sust250 125mg mon/thurs wks1-8
50 mg winny eod wks1-4
no sides other than a few spots(zits) on my shoulders.
i had very good results except i lost a lot after my cycle and im now much better informed on pct but does anyone have any ideas for my next cycle? my focus would be strength/power. mass is bonus but not my aim. keeping gains is very important.
i got sent some test cyp 20ml x 250mg/ml so 5000mg for free when i bought my last cycle so could use that. was thinking about that with var 30mg ed? any suggestions?

At 19% bf you need to cut before touching steroids again.
Cardio and diet for now.

okay well considering all your reactions i probs got the bf% wrong i'm not that fat at all ive just got one of those cheap weight scales that tells you body fat. my top four abs are well defined but the bottom two are hidden i know its not enough info but can anyone give a wild guess as to what sort of % that'd be? also any info on the cycle?

okay well anyone have any opinions about the cycle i suggested? can you just forget the 19% things it's obviously a mistake and got blown waaaayy out of proportion.

IDK bro but I can tell you this,Im on 750mg cip a week and 500mg deca a week and I'm getting good results,haven't measured bf yet, I'm sure its 10-12 now,I'm 44,5'10" 204lbs.
