help with new cycle
Hi guys im 23, 220 pounds about 12% body fat looking to do my second cycle my first was win, decca and test 100 over 7 weeks my aim is too cut down more fat will increasing muscle i am dieting 100% and doing cardio. can you guys help me with a good course thanks.

diet will give you the goals you desire.
running the last cycle for 7 weeks didnt utilize the compounds you used.
weeks 1-12 test 500mg per week
weels 1-10 deca 400mg per week
weeks 1-4 oral to kick start
weeka 8-14 winny

though i find better gains from deca by running it for 12 weeks and the test for 14 weeks. deca is a longer ester. it doesnt kick in on week 4ish like test E does. it takes 6-8 weeks. which is usually when i start to feel it working. but thats my 2 ccs

but if you do run the deca for longer... i would invest in some Caber. Ive had deca dick and its not something i ever want again. so better safe then sorry

height is around 1'88m or 6.16ft my diet is train in the morning wheyshake after training also at 10:00 and 15:00 i have two eggs no yolk and oats for breakfast and depends on day but chicken fillet, tuna fish or steak with veg and either brown rice or sweet potatoe for lunch and similar for dinner just no sweet potatoe or rice only protein and veg supplement with createn plus nitric oxide pump.

take a look at the diet forum. you will learn alot and you can fix your diet a bit better to get bigger or leaner, depending on goals.
