Diuretics are good for bloat but they must be used with caution, they are dangerous. Rob your body of minerals and dehydrate you, some people have even died using this stuff. I have been on them for a couple of yrs, doctor prescribed because of blood pressure issues and from experience I can say please read all medical references and get educated before you try. Lasix is a very powerful one that works real well for bloat, you will drop a few lbs the first day but be careful. Leg cramps in the middle of the night, visiting the pisser constantly, etc

Agreed with above, they're dangerous, so I'd opt for a low dose of a mild AI like Aromasin or A-dex.

Lasix is too strong and dangerous. I use HCT low dose 12.5 mg/day,drink sport drink with Natrium and Kalium in it when necessary.

bad mistake... unfortunately i decided to take this approach and not only do u lose out on strength.. it dehydrates ur body and ur muscles and prevents them from growing... it also tires you out... just wait till the end of a cycle to trim up a tad if needed and dont use for a prolonged period of time...

If you do take a diuretic, you want to make sure that it is potassium sparing. I believe hctz is. Why do you want to take one??
